For the price we paid, Highfields Farm B&B was a great deal. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we loved the barn conversion with three ensuite bedrooms. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed seeing the animals on the farm. The owners were friendly and accommodating, providing us with information about the area and allowing us to use the shared kitchen and lounge. It would be a perfect option for families or groups who want to spend time together and cook meals. Plus, the continental breakfast was lovely and having the option for a cooked breakfast was a nice touch.

The kitchen facilities and small seating area were a bonus, allowing us to relax outside of our room. The farm location was beautiful, even in rough weather, and we enjoyed a peaceful evening with a glass of wine. I couldn't be happier with the value for money I got at this B&B. The room was top-notch, with a fantastic view and the best TV I've seen in a while. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if they had included some cold meats, cheese, and bread, as well. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was convenient for my visit to CBeebies Land and I enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the farm. waking up to the sunrise and meeting the horses added a special touch to our stay.
The cleanliness of the room and ensuite fell short of expectations. the beds, bedding, and towels were worn out and in dire need of replacement.
